What is a Compatible Cartomizer?

A compatible cartomizer is a refill for an electronic “look-a-like” cigarette. These electronic cigarettes are sometimes called “Starter Kits”.

If I have a starter kit from another brand can you supply the refills?

Absolutely. We supply refills for all the major electronic brands. Just visit our “Compatible Starter Refills” page and select the flavour and brand you currently use and see the savings you will make.

Why are E Cig Refills cheaper than the original brand?

We have nearly 7 years of experience in this market and know how to source the right products at the right prices to pass on to our customers.

Are they the same quality?

They are not only the same quality but in some cases we feel even better as we only use the best quality e-liquids in our products.

Why should I consider disposable tank refills?

Tank systems give by far the best “vaping” experience. Our disposable tanks now give the convenience of the starter kit with the benefits of a tank system. Really it’s the best of both worlds.

Will the Disposable Tank Refills fit the electronic cigarette I already own?

The thread on the disposable tanks is the universal Ego-T system that all the major electronic cigarette companies use (although some have their own brand names for this such as “Photon by VIP” and  “PRO Kit by BLU”.

What Is An E-cigarette?

An electronic cigarette commonly known as an e-cig is an alternative method to smoking. E-cigs have so many advantages compared to traditional smoking as they contain both zero tobacco and zero tar, no carbon monoxide, no flame, no ash, no smell and no cigarette butts, yet they still provide the nicotine ‘hit’ that smokers crave and they are even legal to ‘smoke’ in public places, unless specified otherwise.

Who Can Use An E-cig?

You have to be over 18 years of age to smoke an e-cigarette in the UK. It is also important to consult a GP about the safety of using products that contain any nicotine. Avoid using e-cigarettes if any of the following is applicable to you:

  • If you are pregnant
  • If you are breast feeding
  • If you suffer from heart disease
  • If you suffer from high blood pressure
  • If you suffer from a weak or impaired immune system
  • If you are allergic to nicotine or products that contain nicotine

How does an e-cigarette work?

E-cigs hold three main components including a battery, an atomiser and a cartridge containing nicotine which is suspended in propylene glycol and water. When the user sucks on the e-cigarette, the e-liquid in the cartridge is heated so that some of it evaporates. This vapour delivers the nicotine that smokers crave into the users lungs.

How do I charge my e-cig correctly?

To charge your e-cig, simply unscrew the battery, plug the charger into a USB port and gently screw the e-cig battery into the charger’s head. Once fully charged the light on the USB will swap from red to green.

What level of nicotine is provided with a Cartridge from Cartomizer.co.uk?

Our cartridges vary in strength as they range from 8mg of nicotine to a significant 24mg, allowing you to enjoy the nicotine level to suit your preferences.
